Paciente de 37 años es una terapista. Acude porque hace un mes empezo con comezon en la zona del ano a la vagina. Por lo que en esta primera parte hacemos el interrogatorio. Donde checamos cual fue el mecanismo que origino esta infeccion y rash en esta area. En la segunda parte haremos la exploracion mamaria y posteriormente la revisión de esta area a detalle.
