Just close your eyes and imagine a wonderful sandy beach, with a beautiful blue ocean, while your toes are burried in the warm sand... or on top of a towel, if you don't like the feeling. Oh and don't worry about the seaguls, they have enough distance, that you don't need to fear their... leavings.
Do you also need a vacation? :D

Despite the fact that the city's theme consists a bit of moving cars (minus the wind), I believe you should have altered it a bit more - use a lot of synchronised music to make the theme more lively as well as to completely fit the given scenarios. You know like Jazz, Hip-Hop and/or R&B.
