Well as I was mentioning to a few people in discord already I'm currently working on several projects at once so I'm slowly finishing these now! Unfortunately I'm stuck with a bit of an art block that's funny enough hyper specifically for colors & lighting so I'm doing the only logical conclusion: drawing more and just trying to not be too perfectionistic about these things lol. I'm mostly trying to get my brain to function normally again for proper art time while also brainstorming what exactly I want to draw for the voted picture.
Those of you who've been here for a while might actually recognize this picture, it's been sitting in my WIPs for what, 2 years now? π I've ALWAYS wanted to finish the picture at one point and well I guess I finally did. I gotta be honest, I really just wanted to have this picture done haha, I wasn't feeling particularly inspired for some crazy cool looking lighting and such so it's really just Corrin's room from Fates.
One could argue that FE:Fates is a bad game but can it truly be that bad if it has dialogue like this?? π Which is also what inspired this particular doodle.
So yeah I guess it's canon Saizo watches her getting some alone time, he's probably somewhere on there being all flustered but of COURSE he has to watch, ESPECIALLY then. π
I mean Kagero watches her too 24/7 but a least she looks away during these times π
But hey, you can't expect me to read that kind of dialogue and not draw something out of it c': Since I believe in short-hair corrin supremacy I also went with my custom Corrin for the doodle.

SAME haha I was like " Nintendo????" π But fates was wild with some dialogue and design choices, especially in the japanese version.
