August 2021 update post!

Posting this earlier than I had planned due to some unexpected circumstances.

My vaccination appointment had to be re-scheduled to today after I've been dealing with some more serious health issues that made it impossible for me to go to the appointment. So depending on how much the second shot will take me out (hopefully not at all) I might not be around for a bit, I hope you guys understand 🙏💖

Plans for this month are on the more simple side due to the last two months always bringing terrible events with them whenever I had somewhat ambitious plans haha, so I'm settling with a second batch of charity chibis, working on the final regular commission and the patreon voting for now. � That being said, I've been also invited for an art pack where I hope to be able to post some first sketches here during the month. So alot of things to look forward to!

We thankfully have regular internet connection again since a few days (which is still a little unstable and doesn't work properly at times) which means I can easier post thing here and update you guys at least, but please keep in mind that I'm still living in the middle of the disaster zone. I can't even go grocery shopping normally atm. still. not alot has changed here in the meantime. Things are not! back to normal instantly!! I'm specifically mentioning this due to a few... incidents in the past few days. But I'll get back to that later. Things are still pretty grim here, though the raining in the past few weeks never got that bad again it's still unsettling and they haven't even properly started rebuilding things here, not to mention the overall impact an event like this has on your mental health. I'm very grateful for you guys patience and understanding and all the good wishes that have been sent our way! 🙏💖

For the chocolate tier people, please send in your sketch requests until the 10th of this month! Via discord please! Make sure to send in your references and especially pin your character references so they're easy to find. c: If you don't send me character references I'm not going to draw your sketch since I can't read minds ! ^^; Not going to do plus rewards for this month for now as I want to finish up everything else I have planned for this month first, if I'll do them at a later point I'll keep you guys updated! 🙏


I also have to say a few words to say here since I actually had to blacklist aka. exclude people from this month's sketches. I absolutely don't mean to attack anyone with the following words but it has to be said.
If you don't manage to send in your request in time that's on you, I post the deadline here every month and telling me (or even worse, harassing my partner about it) you didn't see the post that clearly exists & is visible for everyone is on you. Same goes for asking on the next month of you can still have the sketch for last month that you forgot to send in or blowing up my messages asking where your sketch is while I'm sleeping - a fact that I clearly stated in a post that also mentioned that I was going to do colored & private sketches on the next day and the month still having several days left.

I'm normally very patient with these things but considering we had the literal worst disaster here since world war 2here and I STILL managed to keep up with my work without any delays despite the situation and barely having any internet access at all most of the month and desperately trying to work with that, my patience has run very thin. It really shouldn't be too much to ask for to read posts and have a little common sense and patience and following simple rules like a deadline.  I absolutely get that looking forward to the sketches is important to many people and exciting and I also enjoy working on them but some behaviour is really really not okay.

Thankfully this only applies to a very very small minority of people here, most of you guys are actual saints and I'm so grateful for your patience and support! 🙏💖💖
