End of Month Message (November 2024)

November has been a tough month for me. I wasn’t feeling well, so I couldn’t finish or share the assignments, training plans, or guides I had planned for you this month. I’m so sorry about that!
But don’t worry, December is going to be so much better! I’m feeling great now, and I’ll be able to complete everything I’ve been working on. Here’s what’s coming in December:
✨ The last two training loops (Track 09 and 10) from the Exposure is Pleasure series.
✨ A brand-new series! I’ll share a few tracks with you in December.
✨ New training resources and playlist guides
