Hello everyone, and happy New Release Monday!! I'm excited to share my next map with you, including some fantastic new assets featuring a set of four massive megaliths in a circle around an ancient altar.
I present to you all, The Forest Standing Stones

This map was inspired by locations such as the Standing Stones near the Old Bonegrinder from the Curse of Stand module, but this map will work great for any druidic and/or Fey encounter you might have planned for your games.
The map comes in three core variants:
Standard: Featuring the four standing stones with an empty stone altar in the middle. This is the most basic of the variants and allows you to use this map to fit your encounter idea.

Corrupted: This variant features blood-stained standing stones, grisly offerings left on top, ropes tied around the stones with bones and trinkets hanging from them, and a ritualistic setup on the stone altar in the center. Additionally, a conspiracy of ravens circles overhead, warning all those who come near here of the evils that lurk in this corrupted place.

Restored: After the corruption has been removed or the correct Fey ritual conducted, the stones have erupted with Fey energies, and vibrant flowers have sprouted all around the base of the stones. This is a great showpiece to wow your players after a hard fight!

I've also included a "no tree tops" version as well for better token placement on your chosen VTT.
Additionally, for my VTT Patrons, I've included transparent cutouts for:
Tree Tops
Ravens / Ropes for the Corrupted version
Fey Energy for the Restored version
This way, you can utilize foreground layers to place tokens under these features!

I hope you've enjoyed this week's map release! I think it pairs really well with last week's Verdant Glade map. Especially if you're running a more Fey or Druid-centric encounter.
I have two more maps planned for the end of this month, both covering the Gothic City (Vallaki-inspired) and Saltmarsh! I'll have the sneak peek posted up on Thursday so you can see what I have cooking over here in the DM Andy lab.
Also, I just wanted to say thank you to all of those who participated in my survey regarding my approach for static weather overlays on my maps. In case you have not yet seen it and would like to weigh in, you can find the poll here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/help-shape-map-144749624
Thank you ALL for your continued support!!
Cheers friends,
DM Andy
