Sneak Peek: Lothburgh - Heaven's Gate Bathhouse

Hey everyone, and happy Sneak Peek Thursday! Today, I am showing a bit of my next map for the Lothburgh campaign setting series: The Heaven's Gate Bathhouse.

If you're new to this project, the amazing minds over at Lunch Break Heroes are developing a new campaign setting around the city of Lothburgh. An industrial, Victorian-Gothic inspired city where electricity is the new "magic" and crime and the supernatural can be found around every corner.

I've been creating maps for the intro adventures in the campaign setting, and each takes place in the various boroughs around the city. Previously, I've shared the bustling and dirty streets of Whistwick and the mud and slop-covered slum of New Ases. Now we take a look at Central, the governing borough of the city, which is a blend of run-down and opulent (much like any big city).

Those with means and some extra coin in their pockets can spend the day resting and relaxing at Heaven's Gate bathhouse. I'm sure here there are plenty of bargains and deals to be made with the up-and-coming and well-to-do of the city. Or maybe your group needs to squeeze a corrupted politician for information regarding a cover-up, and cornering them in the sauna while they are most vulnerable is the best approach!

I'll have the full map ready to share with you all on Monday. This was something completely new for me, and I hope you enjoy the work.
