Hey everyone! Since June is a five-Monday month, I'll be taking today off from releasing a map, so I figured I'd write a page update instead.
New Master PostsOver the course of the last few weeks, I've been re-packaging all of my maps and uploading them to a central Master post. The benefit to you is:
All maps I've released in one spot
One-click download links. Just click the "Download" link, and it will automatically download the .zip file. No need to go hunting for it on a post.
Cleaner downloads. Previously, Patreon had a 200mb limit per file, so often I would have to attach multiple files for you to download for a single map. They have increased this file size to the max, and most posts are just one .zip file now. Additionally, I combined some maps that had part 1 and part 2 (like my manor maps) into a single download so you don't have to hunt for both posts.
You can check out these Master Posts below. Just be sure to click the link for the tier that you're in!
Now that the master posts are done, I will start building a searchable Google Sheet (thanks to Dr. Jonathan Crymes for helping me build that foundation!) where you can search by tag, type, biome, campaign, etc. This will be the foundation for a website I hope to build in the future, focusing on a gallery and search, making it easier to find the maps you need in my 5-year + library.

We are cranking away, working through the map library to convert them to Foundry modules! So far, I have a total of 29 maps that have been converted over, and we are continuing to work through the backlog, time-permitted. Next on the list (outside of new releases, which always get priority) are:
The Snapping Line (Saltmarsh)
Old Varrick's Tradepost (aka Bildrath's Mercantile)
Dragon Ruins
Sharkfin Bridge
Old Road Encounters (aka Svalich Road)
Church of Barovia
It's been an exciting launch, and seeing my maps come to life in Foundry has been wonderful. Additionally, being part of the Foundry Premium program means my maps can easily be installed within Foundry by simply searching "DM Andy" and clicking the install button (Except IP-controlled maps like Old Bonegrinder, which will remain manifest URL installs).
I know many of you have reached out regarding updating to v13; currently, my maps are supported for v12. There are a few dependent modules that we are waiting for them to update to v13, and once that is done, we'll be able to convert my modules into v13-compatible. Once that switch happens, I'll send out a ping for everyone so you know we are good to go for v13.
Lastly, I have been collecting your feedback on the map preset UI and Talanor, and I will continue to work together to develop the UI in a way that enhances your experience, makes it even easier to switch color moods, variants, and weather, and be the best resource we can create!

On the Saltmarsh front, Pyram King has been working hard on developing some incredible content for Legends of Saltmarsh, where he's flushing out in great detail each Saltmarsh location, including NPCs, quest hooks, lore, and mechanics! If you're new to Saltmarsh or planning on running a coastal adventure, be sure to check out Pyram's YouTube channel here.
The next one on my Saltmarsh list for my maps will be the Mariner's Guildhall, which I hope to release later this month. This will be the 19th location I've mapped out, with 11 more to go before I have the whole town of Saltmarsh created with detailed maps.
Speaking of talented creators, I've partnered once again with Lunch Break Heroes, and this time, we are working on something new and exciting with the new Lothburgh campaign setting!
The Lothburgh campaign will take place in a dark, soot-covered Victorian-inspired city where electricity is a new and often mistrusted "magic". Your party takes the role of a group of private investigators headquartered in one of the six distinct and different boroughs that make up the city. Whether you're investigating missing persons, the criminal underground, malfunctioning clockwork constables, or the growing rise of occult oddities, your party of investigators will be in for a treat and plenty of adventure!
So far, I've finished two maps for this project, and a third is on the way. Next up will be a City Streets map where you can utilize both the rooftops and streets of Lothburgh for social and combat encounters!
Be sure to check out LBH's Patreon page here to see what they've been cooking up.
And of course, I've not forgotten about my denizens of the Domains of Dread! I'm still working on creating v2.0 maps of the various Vallaki locations. So far, I've created the Gates, the Baron's Manor, Blue Water Inn, and the Church of St. Andral, with plenty more locations to go. Next on my Vallaki list will be a full-scale parchment map of the entire city, which you can use as a backdrop for your games as your players move about the town. This will be in the same style as the one I did for the Village of Barovia and will also include name plates for both the core and optional locations added by various content creators.
I think I've rambled enough, and I appreciate you making it this far! I've saved the best for last, and that is YOU. I'm so grateful for your support of DM Andy Maps every month. Whether that's support here on Patreon or a simple upvote or comment on a map in my other social channels, it means so much to me.
I know that as a DM, you have TONS of creators you can support, as well as all of the other costs and tools we all use to run the best games we have. As a TTRPG community member, I know you have thousands of posts, Reddit subs, Patreons, YouTube vids, and more coming at you regularly. So I want to take this time to thank you for believing in me and my work. I've grown so much as an artist over the years, and many of you have been with me on my journey since the beginning. Every day, I'm thankful I get to do this for a job, and thanks to your support, I can give back to the RPG creator space by hiring artists to hand-draw my custom assets and a developer to build these incredible Foundry modules.
I often feel like I don't have the correct words to express my gratitude truly, but I will keep telling you repeatedly how thankful I am for your support!
Cheers,
DM Andy
