Sneak Peek - Saltmarsh: Council Hall

Hello everyone, and happy Sneak Peek Thursday! I am continuing down my path of mapping out every location inspired by the Saltmarsh module, and this time, I have the city's Council Hall, a seat of the five governing council members who shape the town's politics. Here, they hear from the townsfolk, draft new laws, and agree (or disagree) on which direction to take the town of Saltmarsh. Occasionally, a pirate or smuggler is executed in the square for public display with the senior council member reading their sentence from atop the upper balcony.
This location is great for council meetings with your players, heists to steal valuable documents, or even a daring rescue for someone wrongfully convicted who stands on the planks of the gallows!
I'll have this map ready to roll on Monday.
