Sneak Peek - Skull Island & Rough Waters

Ahoy, all! Batten down the hatches and lash yourself to the wheel! Today's sneak peek features two maps I plan to release for the nautical / Saltmarsh adjacent side of things.
Just like generic maps for Dark Fantasy, I want to create a series of large ocean maps to be used for your nautical adventures around Saltmarsh or any other seafaring campaign you might have going. Eventually, I'd love to have a full catalog of various ocean maps, from deep seas, calm waters, coral reefs, sea trenches, shipwrecks, etc.
I have gridded both maps at 100x100 to create a massive battlemap area for you to drop any ship assets you have and give you plenty of room for maneuvering. However, I was very careful not to include any features that would not make sense scaling up or down should you want to change the size of the grid yourself. So if you wanted a 50x50 grid, the features of the rocks and waves would be smaller, whereas a 200x200 grid, for instance, would make these features twice as big!
Today's sneak peek features two different maps, both of which I'll be releasing on Monday.
- Skull Island: This map will feature several rocks jutting out of the shallow waters, the central of which is a massive rock formation that looks like a looming skull.
- Rough Waters: I've always loved the idea of a creaking ship battling wave after wave as massive ocean swells create chaos for your players. This map will feature a series of huge waves for you to run any storm encounter on the open waters.
