Hey everyone, and happy Release Monday! For today's release, I bring you my fifth map for the Saltmarsh series I've been working on. This time, we venture into the coastal home of Eliander's House.

For Eliander's House, I wanted to build something nice and befitting of a retired veteran who now serves on the town's council. The module specifies he owns the biggest library in town and wanted to be sure to capture this awesome feature on the map. You'll find a small stables leading up the sandy stone steps to the main gate. A flag bearing the Saltmarsh emblem flaps in the wind outside as you head into the 1st level. Here you will find a parlor and a smoking lounge with a large glass cabinet full of rums, ports, and all manner of whisky. Around the house, you can find display stands of trinkets, trophies, and odds & ends of Eliander's travels and victories against all manner of beasts and foes.
The central spiral staircase leads to the 2nd level, as does the grand staircase in the library. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room are used to host visiting diplomats, dignitaries, and heroes of Saltmarsh.
As you head to the upper level, you will find two spare bedrooms along with Eliander's quarters, closet, and bathroom with an ornate bathtub that was taken from the captain's quarters, a pirate ship he seized long ago! The various balconies act both as a place to look out at the ocean and reflect and also keep sentry on those who would approach this home unannounced.
I created this map in four main color moods:
Inside the attached .zip files, you will find the following:

I hope you've enjoyed Eliander's house, and even if you are not running Saltmarsh, this makes for a perfect small manor by the sea for all sorts of encounters. These maps are quite detailed and take a lot of time to produce, but I'm always glad to have another highly-detailed house map finished!
Next up this month, I'll be working on the 2nd level of the Temple of the Lost Fane, which is a special dungeon Pyram King and I are working on together for CoS. This time, I will be creating the ruined temple deep into the pillar stone of Ravenloft, featuring many staircases to ascend up the pillar stone and many rooms to explore this ancient elven temple. We've had a lot of fun bringing this dungeon to life, and I can't wait to start mapping it out!
I'll also be working on updating some of my older work with new color moods and updated weather, as well as better optimized files and standardization. Of course, these updates are free to our awesome Patreon community!
I'll catch up with you all this Thursday for a sneak peek of the Temple. Thanks, as always, for your continued support, friends.
Cheers!
