Champion Tier - Grim Harvest - An Original Lunch Break Heroes Adventure

Hey everyone, and happy Release Monday! For today's release, I bring you the next exciting adventure from Lunch Break Hereos! These maps are a tad early in that the adventure still needs a bit of polish and should be live within a day or two. Once the adventure PDF is available, I will update this post and ping all of you. However, I wanted to keep to my Monday release schedule, so releasing the maps today!

In this adventure, your players find themselves amongst the struggling citizens in the town of Applewood. They notice that nature and the land have been corrupted and the trees withered and crops barren. The villagers are facing imminent starvation, and their only hope is the wheat field owned by the reclusive wizard Havotte. The only thing is that none of the villagers can get close enough to harvest this massive bounty of unnaturally tall wheat stalks. Rumor mentions beastly sounds coming from the farm, and a few villagers attempted to harvest the wheat and never came home. Will your party be brave enough to venture into the field and explore the home of Havotte? Or leave the villagers of Applewood to starve, sealing their fate? 

This adventure comes with two maps total with many variants. The first map is the wheat field and Havotte's farmhouse, which is a 50x60 gridded map. I wanted to create a massive area for the creature in the adventure to lurk within the swaying stalks of wheat and hunt your party. There is ample room to fight, hide, or sneak amongst the six-foot-tall wheat stalks. I ended up hand-placing each section of wheat at over 10,000 assets, so I could get that natural and non-repetitive feel to the crops! In the spirit of autumn, I wanted to give it a fall feel and almost a serene and peaceful mood, throwing off any hint of danger. 

Additionally, so you can use this map for your own adventures, I created a version with the 1st-floor ruined as outlined in the adventure and another version with a normal 1st-floor farmhouse set up so you can use it for general use.

This map has the 1st floor (two versions), the 2nd floor, and the roof level. 

The second map in this adventure is the basement where Havotte conducts his research, alchemic practices, and experiments. Recently, he captured a Hellhound that the players will find flayed out on a table and vivisected. I added tons of tomes, scrolls, potions, and even a small area for Havotte to sleep after long nights of research. Additionally, I created this map with and without lights based on your preference. Will your players be able to locate the hints and clues to the basement entrance before the beast consumes them?  

For my Champion Tier patrons, the map variants in this release are as follows: 

• Grid / NoGrid
• Day / Night 
• Rain Version
• 1st Floor variant without the ruined clutter
• 4k / 8k Resolution
• Webp files sized for VTT in both 4k and 8k

Additionally, included are the adventure PDF, tokens, and portraits.

I've already started work on the Spires of Ravenloft and will post my sneak peek on Thursday this week. Additionally, I'll be working on the next chapter for the Interactive Tome of Strahd and finishing another swamp map to use for your swamp encounters (This one will have a river with a log bridge spanning it for some potentially deadly fun!).
