Champion Tier - Interactive Tome: Chapter 2 - 30x30

All "Interactive Tome" maps are inspired by the well-written work of The Aciduous Adventurer, and the original adventure can be found on the DMs Guild here.

Hey everyone and happy Monday! I'm excited to bring you Chapter 2 of the amazing 3rd party content, The Interactive Curse of Strahd by The Aciduous Adventurer which can be found here

This 30x30 map features both locations within this chapter; the courtyard of Castle Ravenloft and the study within the castle. This is also my first time ever hitting a Ravenloft location and just a hint of things to come once I hit the Castle from the module.

I created this map with the following versions for my patrons:

If you have not yet checked out this adventure, I highly recommend it. It is the perfect way to "show not tell" your players the rich background of Strahd which does not get much attention in the current module. Ravenloft has such a rich history and it's great to be able to introduce this in-game while making this legendary item more than just a single page journal.

Speaking of Ravenloft lore, I am working on a side project of mapping out the city of Odiare ruled by the Darklord Maligno. This will be a massive city map (exterior only) but will be a huge sprawling street map with plenty of vendor locations, dark allies, and chances for adventure!

Additionally, I have a large-scale city map + original adventure in the works with Lunch Break Heroes and I plan on making some maps for the Druid forest leading to Yester Hill. Lots of exciting stuff on the horizon ! (I just wish I had more time).

Stay tuned for more Interactive Tome of Strahd Maps as well.

Cheers!

DM Andy

Hey Steven, thanks for calling that out! I did just triple check on my end and all seem to have the rugs. Do you happen to know the specific file name you are looking at that is missing a rug in the study so I can check it out?

Andy D'Amato

Interesting oversight as I go back and update all of my maps to the 8k versions - the rain version of the map lacks rugs in the study.
