Update July 3rd 2024: Had a few requests for a restored hospital on the 2nd level so I've added a .zip attachment for this. This location is on my V2.0 list but will be a while until I get there so hoping this will help for now.
Update Dec 6th 2021: Hey everyone! My colleague Pyram King has created an awesome video using my map for this location! If you have not caught any of Pyram's content he, he creates amazing content for Curse of Strahd and adds tons of lore, information, and plenty of added content to all the locations of the module. I'm honored he has chosen my maps to use in his video and highly recommend it! You can check it out here.
Original Post: Happy Monday everyone!
As you approach the gates of Krezk with its looming walls of stone casting shadows on the ground before you, a distant bell can be heard breaking the chilly silence of the snow covered town. Perch high atop a misty, snow-covered hill, sits a dark Abbey with walls of stone and onion-dome topped spires which pierce the thick fog that clings to the building.
I'm very excited to bring you my map of the Abbey of St. Markovia! This is one of my favorite locations in the game and my players had so much fun here. I would love to hear what sort of adventures you have planned at the Abbey. What additional content do you add to this location?
Speaking of additional content, I created a version which includes a library (area S20) as outlined in the Lunch Break Heroes videos which you can find here. (Also, the "face quest" is SO dark and SO much fun! My players were so creeped out by the Abbot).
For my Champion Tier patrons, I have created the following variants:
Grid / Gridless
4k / 8k
Snow / No Snow
Day / Night
Clean Versions (without night filters, snow or fog)
Webp files in both 4k and 8k with Foundry sizing guides
Lunch Break Hero Version of floor 2 with a library in area S20
I hope you all enjoy and looking forward to hearing your adventures here! As always, a heartful thank you for your continued support and faith in me to continue to create maps to help enhance your games.
Keep warm and don't offer your face to any strange Abbots.
Cheers,
DM Andy
