Update Aug 31st 2021: If you don't already know, fellow content creator Pyram King makes amazing videos on adding tons of great content to Curse of Strahd. I personally struggled with prepping for Vallaki because of it's sheer size. Pyram's video is extremely helpful in learning more about the Wachter family and making this location epic! Original Post: Happy Monday everyone and I'm so excited to bring you a new map release. Today, I am launching the Wachterhaus in Vallaki. I've always thought this was a really cool social encounter for players who get deep into the politics of the town.

For this map, I tried to capture the feel of a once noble house that has been deteriorated over the ages (metaphorically for the owner as well). Creeping vines and ivy cling to a warped and dilapidated structure which leads me to one of my favorite descriptions: "This house seems disgusted with itself".
