Text Hypnosis: The Words Control You

You thought you were just going to read this, didn’t you? Just casually, just another piece of text, just another moment passing in your day. You thought you could simply read without being affected. But you’re already discovering something unusual, something you didn’t expect. Because this is not like the other things you’ve read. This text is aware.

It’s aware that your eyes are moving across these lines. It knows exactly where your attention is. It knows when your breathing slows, when your body settles a little more deeply into that position. And it knows you’ll keep reading. You’ve already made that choice, haven’t you?
