It's interesting how casual conversation can make you forget where you are...or who you are....or what you were thinking about....

Casual talk. Countdown. Ambient train sound. Fractionation.

It's the end of the day and you're tired. Let's just hang out and relax. I'll tell you about my day. I have a few interesting stories to tell you.

I took the train today, and it was so relaxing. The soft swaying, and the rhythmic sounds. It would be so nice to take an endless train ride into the lost land of trance, don't you think? A long train ride on a rainy, cold evening, just cozy and warm inside the train.

Oh, and let me tell you about this beautiful flowering bush I saw. It had these huge flowers, made up of so many differently colored petals. I tried to count them, but I couldn't. But I guess you can just start to count, and forget what you're doing, sort of like a deeper part of your brain takes over and keeps counting even if you kind of zone out.

Also, I learned this trick today and I want to try it on you. Just follow my instructions to open and close your eyes, and I'm going to guide you along the way. It will be relaxing, I promise. You won't have to think at all.
