Looks like I have a typo on this post on the grid size. I wrote 20x26 but I actually built this (and the map without the road) using a 30x40 grid. All of my maps are exported at 4k resolution so this was exported at 3072x4096. I have never used Foundry myself so apologies I'm not much help on that system.
