In this session you'll learn two powerful tools to stop stress and panic. You'll learn what is happening during a stress response, and you'll use guided square breathing to feel adrenaline and cortisol melt away. Then you'll follow two spoken mantra instructions to separate yourself from your brain and body. There is a very soft ambient background track that includes imperceptible binaural frequencies.
This session is perfect during a panic attack, during a period of anxiety, or during chronic life stress. Listen to it as many times as you'd like. It will always be helpful. This is a guided relaxation format that doesn't follow a traditional hypnosis session. The first half hour is the session, and the remaining 30 minutes allows you to stay in relaxed trance with the ambient sounds.
