When you hear me click my clicker, you’re going to raise your right hand, and then it’s immediately going to drop down limp, because you just won’t be able to keep your hand up at all. And when your hand drops down limp you’ll feel your deep relaxation double again even more.
Everyone’s mind just wants to be empty and blank. You may not have known this, but the human mind isn’t meant to be filled with thoughts. It wants to be empty and blank, so that’s why it’s so easy for your mind to succumb to my suggestion, that right now it will go empty and blank.
Your mind is listening to my instructions, and your mind is doing what I say, by showing you your name, spelled out in balloon letters, one letter after the other.
Now in a moment I’m going to click my clicker, and every time it clicks, one of the letters is going to float up and away and disappear forever. With each click, in your mind’s eye, you can see the letters of your name, one after the other, float up and away and disappear forever.
