Therapist Led Relationship: Session 1

Welcome to my office. I understand this will be your first time being hypnotized. You’re my favorite kind of patient. I always enjoy a virgin brain to break in. There are rules here, but they are easy for you to abide by, so I don’t expect any resistance from you on this journey.

You understand that in order for you to get what you want out of hypnosis, everything must be perfect for me, I must be pleased, which means that you obey my rules, you never step out of the boundaries I give you, and you easily hand over the reigns to me.

Being a good hypnosis patient is like eating a meal at a Michelin Star restaurant: you submit entirely to the sensory experience that the skilled chef has chosen for you. The chef knows better than you, you trust the experience, and your role is simply to give in and receive with gratitude.

Today, while in trance, you're going to sign a special contract with me, and you're going to learn that being in a female-led relationship means that I control everything that you do, including how you look and how you present yourself in public.

In a moment I’m going to say the word “Go”, and when I say the word “Go”, you’re going to say your first name and your last name out loud, once. You’re going to say your full name out loud, once.

In a moment, I’m going to say the word “Sign”, and when I say the word “Sign”, you’re going to raise the hand that you write with, and you’re going to use the magical pen to write your full name in the air. And if you feel anything different, if you hear anything new, you are going to ignore that, and you are not going to remember anything different or anything new.

In a moment I’m going to say the word “Vows”, and when you hear me say the word “Vows”, you’re going to say “I am in a female led relationship with my hypnotherapist”

I’m going to give you some special instructions, that are just for you. You’re going to simply give in and receive these special instructions with gratitude. You are going to do something for me for three days in a row...
