I guess they don't build things like that often, but if you are a construction company, you get used to uncommon requests - or at least, you can use your own company to build things for you, like a neat thermal spring, as an example.
As an explanation, Ben isn't only annoyed because his boss doesn't know boundaries, but also because of this being Koleda's pet project, he had to rearrange the whole excel sheet with the expenses of that month; which means it's possible he won't get his bonus at the end of the year because they won't hit the revenue target agreed in the last company's general meeting.
WHICH MEANS, he's going to be blamed, because he's the accountant.
Anyways, thanks for coming for my TEDtalk. That's my headcanon for this situation.
