Ahri may be tied up, but I don't doubt she can easily kill the guy using her kitsune-succubi magic. If any CC shorter than 1 sec isn't able to hold her for long, I can't imagine what help a rope can do.
Anyways, there's a reason why Ahri is (or as least was) the poster child of League: cute fox girl seductress hungry for coc... Souls. Hungry for souls. Nobody can't argue against the appeal ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
