TECH NOTES from MARTIN:

Countless hours (I estimate over 70) have been dedicated to crafting this AI rendition of Bianca as Lara Croft. This process involved carefully training the AI on Bianca's original Lara Croft photoshoots, conducted in Fiji and New Zealand. A great deal of attention was placed on selecting the most suitable source material to ensure the AI could faithfully recreate Bianca’s likeness and capture the essence of those original shoots.

This approach—curating specific photoshoots from Bianca’s extensive body of work, training the AI on them, and reimagining our signature style—is something we are excited to continue developing. It aligns seamlessly with the continuity of our creative journey.

For this particular series, we also incorporated AI training from a photoshoot we did on a remote island in Thailand. If you compare the AI-generated BBCROFT set to the original Thai island shoot, you’ll notice distinct visual echoes—the towering rocky cliffs, the ocean rock formations, and the unmistakable atmosphere of the location. The lighting from that shoot, as well as the overall aesthetic of our BBCROFT series, is reflected in the final AI rendition as well.
