Thanks for your feedback. I found the previous "oily" skin effect too "plastic" (I know, the irony). I liked it too but it didn't look exactly like how light hits skin IRL, if you search for images of oily boobs, you'll see that there's a bit of a "noise" pattern around it, and that's what I was looking for, something a bit more realistic. I was looking for a balance so that it doesn't look too oily, but also not too "dry", but this also depends on the scene. The stronger the light in the scene, the more it'll look like previously (your preference).
