The thing that pissed me off lost in the entire series was how EVERYONE blamed May for every single wrong that happened to them. Yes, May had some blame for some of the situation, but it was force through threats and ignorance. May took responsibility for her actions yet still people blamed her for everything. I was so angry at the characters in the show for that. Instead of going after Batman or even May’s father, the real villains who caused the problems, they went after the attorney who by law had to represent her client to the best of her abilities or face disbarment and even jail time. It’s May’s fault that Ben was paralyzed and Ben’s mother committed suicide. Not Batman or May’s father, it was always May. Despite May not knowing they were twins and was unjustly accused of deceiving Oom, even though Ai was in the habit of switching uniforms when they were kids, and then May was accused of the unjust cause for Paul’s death and Oom’s late realization of her true feelings towards Paul. Then Oom wanting to place all blame onto May for everything wrong in her life, she forces Ai to choose her over May through threats of killing herself. No one wants to take responsibility for their own part to play and just lay it all on May. I was all feeling sympathy for Oom until she laid that ultimatum on Ai did I begin to have some strong negative feelings for that character. Honestly, the twins were a curse for May. lol
