Tokyo Tower is a communications tower that is just shy of 333 meters tall and was inspired by the Eiffel Tower. It is Orange and White to comply with air safety regs and a very popular tourist attraction. It has 2 observation decks that offer amazing views of the surrounding city. When I was there as a teen, I went several times a year. The crepe place was not there, as far as I can remember back in the '80s. Overall, a fun thing to do, and I have been in that park several times. Also...Takeshita dori in Harajuku is THE place to hang out as a teen/young adult. So many shops to wander around in. Also, so much to do in Harajuku outside of Takeshita street to. Meiji Shrine is in the park across the street and past the station. Highly recommend wandering around this area of Tokyo is you ever visit Japan.
