Also, secondary to that: I find the color coding so interesting, because traditionally in media blue is associated with the calm and patient half of the dynamic and red/pink is generally for the energetic, reckless, possibly hot-tempered one.

Oh I fully burst into tears. Anan, the man that you are. (There is enough hope in my chest to let me suffer through at least three subsequent terrible Thai GL men now)

It's funny. The more I rewatch this show, the more I see variations of Anin and Pin. Aon is the variation of Pin that hasn't ever been in a cage and who is used to getting what she wants. Princess Patt is the Pin who never broke free from the cage. After Im died, Patt was left with all the feelings, pain, and despair of lossing someone she loved without the support of having someone to talk to like a Prik or Pia. Kueakiat is the other side of the Anin coin, if Anin was a selfish ass dude that only cared about his feelings and wants. I hate Kueakiat with my entire being.
Lastly, the Romeo and Juliet scene (that's what I call it) is my favorite scene in this whole series. It's beautifully shot and Freen and Becky convey almost everything that needs to be said without saying a word.
