It just occurred to me... this is something makes me so livid when I think about it so I try to just not. Lol, so twitch takes a % of our subs right, not sure how much for everyone but like around 50% or something allegedly. I’m cannot disclose the actual amount but it’s BOGUS. I thought that when I got partnered I’d be making more and could go full time. Now I’m over here worried about if I’m going to be able to do that when my internship is over in 2.5 weeks. I barely make more than when I was an affiliate. On top of Twitch taking near half of your income, your also TAXED. a fuck ton...:( honestly y’all, if u wanna support me to the fullest, donating and subscribing to my patreon is the way to go. Although ill never reject subs. I’m 100% so grateful I have a large community on Twitch and that I can make money from it. But I’ve gotta think about going full time which means setting up a retirement for myself, paying for health insurance, life insurance, etc. things that a normal job would offer... instead I’m taxed and jipped of most of the sub money. Shits crazy!!! Anyway I gotta stop worrying about it and trust In my loving community that things will workout and im gonna work hard to stream forever!!!
