FEBRUARY 2024 REQUEST FORM

I come bearing request form. The form has slightly changed but as you'll see it's nothing too crazy and is super straightforward.
A reminder of the rules for this tier:
- Option 1: 30 minute limit with up to 8 videos - this is ideal for a series of mvs, live stages and other similar content
- Option 2: 1 hour limit for 1 episode of a variety show. This must be from a show such as Weekly Idol, Idol Human Theater etc. and not group-specific shows
- For this request, I do not allow joint requests with other requesters
All good? Any questions or anything let me know but for you guys' at least nothing is really changing so we should be chilling!

The two tiers have different forms but I'm hoping all responses will be on the same spreadsheet to avoid request overlap/clashes. If there are any issues tho I'll be in touch if needed.
