A new documentary where we dive back into the daily life of ancient Rome by looking at the history of haircuts and hairstyles. Loved this topic and the little parallels to modern life which it exposes. According to one record, when a sassy barber asked his customer “What can I do for you today your majesty”, the client replied, “silence would be nice”. I think this literally every time I go and was so happy to have found this hidden gem in the ancient texts.
