I think Portia and Edwin go OFF during halloween, both halloween nuts, probs both their fave holidays (maybe xmas would be portias... but thats cause she LOVES GIFT GIVING and the festivities). Portia's super into costuming/make up, Edwin is a horror buff, each year they make a slide show pitching the halloween costume for the year since Portia demands they dress up together. Edwin's tend to be more creative while Portia's tend to be... sexy. She was def a 'sexy cat, sexy witch, sexy nurse' type before dating him, meanwhile he would just half ass things and prefer watching movies than going out, now they get to be creepy and spooky together and are CRUSHING the couples costumes.

Edwin def has to 'educate' Portia on horror films, but she is a HUGE scaredy cat, so it typically takes some convincing. He would later admit he only really likes watching them with her because she holds him tight and hides in his shoulder during the scary parts. He's the expert so once they've been dating a while he will cover her ears or eyes for certain parts because theres a threshold between 'hehe my gf is scared but into it and wants to hug me and more :)' to staying up all night because she can't sleep. Her favorite halloween movie is scary godmother obvi
