Hometown: Draimid
Added 2024-02-07 15:04:05 +0000 UTCDraimid is a city state founded by a Dragonborn paladin centuries ago. They follow the god of law and have a renowned law school + knights that come out of there. It’s primarily Dragonborn, and Raff’s family has been there for generations, making his first language draconic, with his parents both being pretty powerful community + political figures… I liked the idea of the party going to Draimid, the others have been before but it’s Birdie’s first time, so Raff awkwardly fumbles his way to asking if he could show her around. They end up meeting his old soldier buddies and they razz him plenty and give him a hard time because ‘mr. Adventurer prodigal son comes home and is showing a girl around woahhhhhh’ which he denies, they’re just friends… and because Draimid is a small state + very restrictive, they don’t get a lot of new people in… and his friends are losers like he is so suddenly there’s a single girl who is new, and maybe one of them could have the chance to take her out on a day before she leaves. Raff spends the majority of the time bickering with them in draconic while Birdie buys spell components/sight sees
