Request: Oozewald/Batty

Yes she was going to murder him until she realized he was hot. She is an 'evil' queen aka she's super ruthless, dangerous, unhinged but her kingdom is THRIVING and at PEACE and very little crime, which is why she marries Oozwald who's kingdom is BEYOND wealthy but messy.... Poor leadership etc.
