Insane concept. Sister Chastity is a devout cleric who worships the god of Domination. Yes.

She wears a blindfold to prevent her many eyes from wandering from their true path, which is to show others what delicious, painful, horrible, beautiful things can be brought with total domination and control of self, aka she's somewhat sadistic/masochistic in the kindest way possible. Only those that submit themselves to her will face the punishment for submitting (not supposed to make sense) When she's not with her rival, who she means to beat once and for all (and maybe.... kiss) or following her gods path with said rival, she's a pretty chill lady.

She has multiple sets of arms, she keeps her other sets tied behind her as another means of self-punishment for having wandering thoughts.

She lives on a different plane, but comes to the material plane on a divine mission with her rival, and does bump into Birdie and company.
