The eldest children of neighboring kingdoms were arranged to be wed. Princess Battilda (Batty), a severe drow who's kingdom lived in shadows, and Prince Oozewald, an ooze who had the proclivity for the sun and finer things.

The two recieved a portrait of their soon to be, Oozewald nervously looked over the massive, 12 foot tall domineering portrait of his soon to be wife, while Batty scoffed at the gilded, small image of her soon to be crushed husband. She has no interest in ruling with someone, so her plan was to seduce the king, ensure her heirs, and seize power.

They officially met on their wedding day, where Batty realized her husband was one of the beautiful ooze's she had ever met, strong, and a little shy, and Oozewald found her sour expression more endearing, and her eyes like rubies. The two were immediately smitten with one another. Now Batty planned on seducing the king to ensure he would ONLY be hers, while he struggled to show his affections in a way that she understood (she didn't understand why he would give her a lap dog "This is rather useless? Does it get bigger?" she was allergic to the flowers he brought her, she didn't care for gold...)

They bicker and fight and butt heads, but eventually fall for each other, she cackles evily when he returns her affections because "my plan worked!" when in reality he liked her from day one.

Oozewald belongs to my partner hehehe
