🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Previous cats of my dad's have held the nickname "papa's little kaschunuss" because my dad loves cashews (and we're of German descent, hence the language choice). 😁 (Okay, so I'm the only one who's ever used it, but still...!"

D.S. Ryelle

Oh can we please have a wallpaper with the first panel? They are so cute <3

Interestingly, my college private lesson instructor called me "Meatball", too.

Oh! And my cats name is Melis. Norwegian for powdered sugar. Fits her since she is white, small and too cute.

That is adorable!

XD

My mother calls me small seed. I donæt know why. Oh and we are from Norway.

(jk do what you want, big fan, you're pretty awesome 😂💛)

I look forward to crab dip & meatball making more reappearances. You've realised what you've done right?

Reagan Firestone

Lmao I love this

Baked beans got me 💕😭

Bailey McInnis

I used to call my husband Dove. Shortly after we were married, we were visiting a friend and the guys were all out at the forge. I called out Hey Hon! and they all answered. That wasn't really gong to work. A friend had a sort of pet dove, who was the most hormonal thing we had ever seen. When a group was visiting, it would go around the room trying to hump the feet of anyone wearing white socks. Seemed fitting.

This is hilarious

My family nickname is Kyppah, a short of baby-talk version of the nickname Kitten. I'm less than 5ft tall and my nickname in my family has always been Kitty or Kitten; over the years it's diminutized to Kyppah.

My nickname is maus (mouse). Long story short, i had an anthropomorphic "portrait" done and the artist drew me as a grey "country mouse" and everyone said it was SO me. Fast forward several years to a concert given by a friend's band at a small bar/restaurant. It was crowded, and i'm short. So as the band broke for intermission i moved back and sat UNDER the tall shelf/bar i been standing by so i was out of the way. When the band walked by where i'd BEEN standing my friend was looking for me and happened to glance down and saw me. He turned to the band and announced there was "a mouse under the table"..... the name stuck.

Hubby is dorkface and I'm darling or kitten. I'm pretty sure he forgot my actual name once or twice. Lol!

My parents nicknamed me Cheese when I was a toddler. Apparently I went through a mac & cheese only phase. I vowed I would never do such a thing to my future child... for the last 16 years I've called my daughter Squeaks because when I hug her & squeeze just a little, she makes a squeaking noise & has since she was about 2.

That's great! Love it!

meatball 🥺

Kat Young

We call my daughter Squirrel cause she’s tiny for her age and she runs around chattering at herself

So cute.

This is too adorable!

TwilightSky15

I'm not sure how it happened, but calling my cats "fluffernutter" became a thing. I've been informed an actual fluffernutter is peanut butter and marshmallow spread on bread.

technotreegrass

It is now my life goal to have someone in my life that I call "Baked Beans"

Dean

I call my dog wiggles and I don't know why. Sometimes I call him tater, potato, mashed tater, little bitty potato...I love carbs 😂

My ex kept trying to call me honeybuns as a nickname. I HATED it. I told him he was going to keep trying that crap I was going to give him a stupid food name like Crouton...... I never got a nickname, but he did! Lol, Crouton stuck.

Veronica Vatter

So cute

Well ... she's kinda not wrong.

Wild Space Saga

I love how I can totally hear this in my head.

Veronica Vatter

🤣 that was excellent

Dayna

I call my husband 'Muffin', not sure exactly why. I think i was trying to annoy him with sappy pet names and that one stuck. I call my youngest daughter 'my flower' and my oldest sometimes 'my honey bun'. I have one friend who calls me Jupiter, but i can't think of any others for myself at the moment

Anie M

My name is Andra (like Sandra without the "S") and people use to have the hardest time with it. So at my second job where I work with kids I got by Andi.

Andra Marie

I am 'Toes' or 'Amber Toes' (only to family) because when I was little I used to walk around on my tiptoes

Our one dogs name is Doc Holliday, and he's a complete dickhead usually, so I call him Doc(k)head, to keep it 'family friendly'

Dallas Hanson

Bunny! I am nicknamed after my Greatx2 Aunt ❤

Meatball was my first thought, too! 😄

Barbara Stuber

I was always Cupcake growing up. Heck, my parents STILL call me that sometimes, and I'm thirty now. 🤣

AggieDoesArt

Pringles, because every time my friend's Gran saw me I was eating pringles 🤷‍♀️ she never referred to me by my real name

My wife's nickname is Chipmunk. When she was in nurses training she had four impacted wisdom teeth removed at one visit. Her face ballooned up.

Red Meat. Not my nickname, but my friend. We were talking about the lone star tick {It makes you allergic to red meat) and she thought that red meat refers to the physical appearance of the meat. She an Ag student in college.

Wynter O

Welp....now I have to find someone that will answer to Crab Dip and another to Baked Beans

Julie Rentz

Pixie's has a point though - I had a friend in highschool who when giving everyone in the group nicknames she told me "you're Jelly because I really like Jelly."

One of the first things my Spanish teacher taught me is that this is far from a universal thing. Calling any Hispanic person who hasn't grown up in the culture of doing so by the name of a food is apparently one of the best ways to get them furious at you! Please do correct me if I'm wrong, I'm going off 1 data point.

BackwardsDDog

Baked beans fits Randall well lol

Seres

Biscuit, The True story is because I use to steal Biscuits but my Dad likes to say it is cause I will ‘Rise to the Occasion’

i call my cat dizzy dizbeans sometimes

My youngest sister called me "Cookie" for years.

Mordra Malkyrnena

I just called my SO 'my little steak' and we laughed for a solid three minutes. Thanks for the inspiration!

There was a while where my nickname was Peanut.

ShadowJackal

Oh my gosh, Pixie is so cute laying on Brutus's head in the first panel! I mean, the whole strip is adorable, but that first panel is perfection! 😍😍 My family has never really been into nicknames, but my dad called our old cat Lunkhead, which was certainly not his real name.

Laura Pommier

Crab dip and meatball. Their humans are so kind to them, I love it!

Grace 'Gengar' Soria

This is so ridiculously adorable 😍

Lady Bugg

Pixie is too precious for this world, I love her so much! Brutus is the kind of dog I wish I had

Kethry

I like Randle's nickname "baked beans" 😄

HiloDB1

In junior high for some reason I ended up with Chris Rex. So yeah my name is Chris, but I don't recall the dinosaur part.

My nickname started with Ginger Ale because my shortened name is Ale but now it's just Gin, which is funny cause I don't drink 🤣🤣🤣

they are so cute♡ a nickname I'm called by my family is in our native tongue (not confident in the spelling, so we'll just leave that out) that basically means "so cute" or "cute little baby" which started when I was a baby and never stopped. my friends started calling me short stack in middle school because I was/am shorter than a stack of chairs😅

angel

We just call my dog a jerk and asshole. Becuase hes an asshole. My snake is noodleboi cause he a noodle 🥰

My nickname has always been possum because my parents said I used to always play possum when I was younger

I got a nickname Onion from my username on one platform and I got called Satan by my friends at some point but I don't remember why

"Your built like a baked bean" "A baked...A baked bean?!"

Anime Dragons99

I went through film school. A fellow student had a hard time remembering my name. He wrote a song called "Henrik the Barbarian'. To this day, they still call me The Barbarian on set.

My siblings called me Er-bear growing up. It was short for Erin-unbearable

Erin MacLeod

Dikkie dik it's a dutch cartoon about a chubby ginger cat and I was a chubby child so I got called that (it looks like di.ck but it means like fattie fat, dutch is a weird language I know)

I LOVE the look on Randall's face! 🤣

My nickname was 'kleintje', which means shortie. Yeaah i am kinda short so..

Gert

Where I used to work I was given the name of Glennjamin. People have always thought that my name was short for something it isn’t.

Glenn Smith

My mom nicknamed me Boo because I looked like the kid from Monsters Inc as a toddler.

I love this one 💗💗

Pixie is one spoiled kitty if she knows she likes crab dip 😂
