people who complain about Pixie's size don't understand basic Toon logic. A Toon is always exactly the size they need to be for the joke to work.

I like to think Brutus's design changed to signify how he was softening up to Pixie and the neighbor pets. Pixie's design, well probably just thought the colors could be better and the little bandana would be cute. Totally is, btw.

Size-shifting is hardly a unique problem. The only consistent size I've even seen a giant robot in is "big".
