Behind the Scenes

This is my current setup.
I recently upgraded from my Wacom 13” HD to a Wacom Cintiq 24” HD and I got a more powerful computer that could better handle programs like photoshop, which I use for these comics and animating for my YT channel, and Premiere Pro, which I use for video editing. (Thank you all a ton for that btw, I obviously couldn’t afford better equipment without your support 😊).
While I work I like to listen to music on Spotify (mostly country 🤠) or watch documentaries on YouTube.
... I don’t know what else to add 😅. That’s pretty much it, more or less.
If you have any questions about behind the scenes stuff or anything really, I’ll answer them as best I can in the comments! I’ll try to answer every question (unless it’s already been asked or course... or if the question is commented too long from now I guess 😅)

(I figured it would be a bad idea to get such a fancy gift without his input, so I told him about it and he said the 21" was too expensive of a gift.) He seems to like the 13" one a lot, but I wonder how much more he would've liked the better one.

2020-01-16 06:34:49 +0000 UTCMost of my comics just come from random thoughts that I have and jot down in my notebook. As for motivation, I don’t really know what to say about that. For me, I just really like my job, so I don’t really struggle with motivation that much. That probably doesn’t help much, sorry. Maybe I’m not understanding what you’re asking.

2020-01-16 06:13:39 +0000 UTCI remember that you mentioned the inspiration behind the one with Pixie hearing about the ocean was that you never saw it and it made me wonder how you find your inspiration for the other comics. Not just Brutus and Pixie comics, but the other ones, too? As a fellow writer/artist, inspiration seems to appear quick but the motivation to finish the work, (whether art or book) dwindles a bit. Do you have any tips to keep up that motivation? What are ways you keep your motivation up?
