The christmas cookie bakery

Today my brother will come visit for a few days and we already planned to bake christmas cookies! I want to make normal ones that you can cover with icing later, Vanillekipferl (the dictionary app said those are calles vanilla croissants :D) and something with marmelade and chocolate!
Do you have favorites when it comes to christmas baking?
