Patreon rewards October + November: Why are we struggling?

This is an announcement to let you know that the Patreon Audience manager has completely changed and this is the main reason we're struggling to send the rewards. Each category can't be sorted by tier anymore and we can only see who NEWLY joined (Not the patrons already pledging since at least one month or more...)
This makes it complex for us to organize and send the rewards to the right person with the guarantee we're forgetting no one.
I'm so sorry as you have to keep waiting a bit while we're figuring out how to deal with the issue.
We are putting all our efforts into resolving this.
