I think they do, at least Ahsoka and Shaak Ti do in the Clone Wars. Also if you don't, I think it looks like if you forgot to :D

2021-05-10 05:59:38 +0000 UTCIt just occurred to me, would Togruta have pigmentation on their palms of their hands, or soles of their feet? Looked up photos of Shaak Ti and it seems she has white palms. You might be able to save on red paint next time lol
