What do you eat for breakfast? :)



I started intermittent fasting, in addition to my treadmill work! Twice a week I will try to fast for 16h, up to 24h!

This is a great way for me to gain some time and tone/lose bit of weight.

I don't want to lose my Thicc tho, only tone it!

Most of the time I ear oatmeal with fruit of some kind. Usually bananas, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, black berries, strawberries, or anything else. Sometimes just a little bit of brown sugar or palm sugar.

I started blending up fruit with a splash of juice and yogourt to make a smoothie for my breakfasts a while ago. Its a nice and tasty way to get my daily fruit intake though on weekends I'll sometimes have a proper breakfast with some eggs.

Usually a grilled cheese or oatmeal if I have time.

I don't eat breakfast, just a black coffee. I've noticed my cravings for shitty food have subsided, so now I've lost 12kg in 6 months:)

A few eggs a couple pieces of toast and a tea , preferably English breakfast

Second part of my breakfast is coffee... about 3 cups lol
