2019-10-07 12:43:33 +0000 UTC1 cup risotto rice, 2 cups water Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Rinse it under cold water till the water is clear. Add the rice to the boiling water, turn off the heat, stir and put on the lid. Wait for 20 mins, open the lid give it a stir and let it cool. As a seasoning I recommend furikake, typical Japanese rice seaosning

2019-10-07 12:41:15 +0000 UTCMore or less definitely, but they're also filled! Also, as a first time, they might not have salted enough and my small hands couldn't press the rice together strong enough, it fell apart while trying to bite in xD
