ill elaborate what i said on fb, i workout 6 days a week focusing on heavier loads first 3 days and then 3 days of more volume work. the hardest part is having the motivation to exercise, and sometimes being consistent but keep up with it and it will pay off in the long run, one of the many things as a personal trainer i always say, it is not a sprint but a marathon.

You feel great now. You'll feel a little sore tomorrow though.
