I finished the pic, what do you think? :) My first straitjacket, had to resize and sculpt it properly ^^' I also used a little motion blur on the legs as an experiment, is it noticeable?
For the story, it's connected to a Injustice 2 spoiler, so be warned ^^' In the game, Harley is basically working together with Batman and a member-in-training of the Justice League (she even has a Batman symbol on her back ^^). Here it seems like law enforcement didn't get the memo, as she was arrested and mistaken for one of the criminals she was fighting, secured and taken back to Arkham... As you can see, she's not happy so hopefully Batman will come soon to pick her up ^^'
