Why don't I ever smile with teeth?

I have two body complexes one is my teeth and the other one which I find it to be my biggest one has to be my speech impediment. It’s always been hard for me to keep a conversation alive and hard to start one whenever i speak with someone or people.

Once, I talked with a Romanian vagabond who was quite unique. Out of the blue, he told me that I had beautiful teeth. I showed him more of them: a bit yellow, the front ones have a strange taint, one looks (is ?) cracked, one needs a bridge since years cause it's going away, and my gums are shrinking because I'm too violent when I brush my teeth. So, smiling but a bit embarrassed, I told him I wasn't sure they were pretty... He showed me his mouth. He had two molars. Nothing else. x)

Height and Weight, I always have a hard time taking care of my body weight... I just switched to a healthy diet again... but I do have a hard time specially giving up on spirits and beer. And I would love to be at least 5 cm taller.... I've been fat and thin along my life but I always carry this fat guy complex...

i feel with you i've got exactly the same problem and complex as you ^^' but i look more like a bunny instead of the alignment problem :/ i havent smiled with teeth for years too because of this v.v

I have 3 body complexes, but one isnt important to talk about. The two others are also my teet, like a huge overbite rhanks to which my bottom teeth are coversd by my tot teeth, also they are totally out of place and just dont look good, thats probs why i try to keep a smerky smild even on yt (if i am eith my bff), and secondly i have a lot of bodyhair and a say to sensitive skin, which gives me a lot of shaving irritation

Love you, love your cosplays, and now I love your smile. It looks amazing! Many of us including myself struggle with some insecurities, but you've got many many people all cheering, supporting and loving you and all saying it looks great so it has to be true. I know it won't change your insecurity over night but just know many love your smile!

Please dont take this as making light of your complex, as I know some people can be unnecessarily harsh on themselves. But I think you have a lovely smile. It's complimented nicely by your jawline, cheekbones, and enchanting eyes. A lovely balance of delicate and definition. It gives you a very classic kind of beauty, like Audrey Hepburn or Hedy Lamarr.

I used to have a complex about my forehead & nose, but over a long period of time i learned to look at the whole picture together than focus on just the negatives. That and taking myself a little less seriously also helped;)

I had the same issue, but a little worse. My front tooth got a cavity and ended up breaking in half. I went 5 years without smiling at all really and never showing my teeth. About 5 years ago I fixed my teeth and it took me 2-3 years to start smiling again and still takes work.

You look great, but I also know that "you are your own worst critic". My teeth are my biggest issue, I haven't taken care of them as I should have, so I don't smile with teeth :(

honestly my biggest issue is the genetic deformation of my hands, and knowing that it will also pass to my children. its something that's plagued my family on one side and its pretty harsh because even at certain points we tried to look for surgery to fix it, even if nothing could be done

My complex has to be either my face or how skinny i am :/ i hate the way i look and always have... Ironically, i have a huge bright red birth mark across my chest that i "take pride" in? (I find it ammusing when ppl comment on it like "OMG WHERE DID THAT BURN COME FROM!?!?")

kind of reminds me of Necoco-san... although she seems to smile a bit more now... but I think she also was extremely self conscious of her teeth as well... i just hate the way i look period... always have.. don't know why... but gotta just keep on keeping on... ^_^

I think mine would be I have a very small patch of psoriasis on the back of my head, that makes me super anxious of anyone seeing it. Oh and mental health problems haha. Looking forward to your next post Miko!

I’m the same way :) I’m not overly fond of my teeth either and cooking is also my job. Plus I’m leaning towards going further into pastries and deserts~ oh well I guess, I just can’t give up sweets!

My teeth are actually what I'm harshest on my self about same as you. I dont smile with my teeth showing for pictures because I'm self conscious about them. Although I do think you have a beautiful smile much better than mine 🙂
