As you know already, I want to revamp my tiers for January, to do two things. I want to lighten up the work charge, as it was really heavy on me in the past 18 months, and I want to make the previous sets more accessible on lower tiers.
This rhythm is extremely hard to keep up, and as you guys were all happy with the rewards so far, at least I know it wasn't for nothing.
Before you start reading my draft on the tiers (it is a D R A F T ! NOT DEFINITIVE AT ALL), here is how I saw things when building it:
- One tier, one photosets (+ selfies, gifs, clips that goes with it.)
I was tired of splitting the selfies and the HD sets to fill up higher tiers. Now you will have one photoset for each tier and all the things that should belong to it.
Of course, it stacks, as usual: pledge 10$ for example and you'll get the rewards of all the tiers below too.
- Each tier gets to pick previous HD sets.
Why? I want to make content more accessible for lower tiers. Of course each tier doesn't get to pick any set. There is the SFW ones, and the NSFW ones. Upon receiving the rewards message, you will get a catalog and will be able to just tell me which ones you want, according to how many you can pick from the tier you pledged on.
- Not specially new content for all tiers every month.
This is the most important and the key feature of this catalog style revamp. I want to lighten my work charge to be able to put more work and more photos in the sets.
It means that some sets wont be available each month.
For example: Tier 15 has the casual set. Maybe I didn't have time to spend for it because of how I worked a lot on a big cosplay. People on that tier still get selfies and GIFs, as well as 2 previous HD sets to pick from the catalog, and the rewards from smaller tiers: so still a huge amount of content, without having me work more either.
This feature is what allows people to get access to previous sets more easily, but also lighten up the weight on my shoulders. Maybe sometimes there will be only one cosplay a month, maybe 3, it really depends of what I work on.
- I want to introduce Implied nudes much more often at tier 50.
Because why not, lel
BUT REST ASSURE, THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A BALANCE OF SFW AND NSFW NEW CONTENT EACH MONTH!
In any case, this is NOT a downgrade from the current system, and I made it so the amount of content is really as close as possible from how it works now. In fact, depending of how productive I am, there might be MORE new content. Who knows. It's more about the freedom, not being forced to fill a schedule with each shoot when I don't specially feel creative for it.
There will still be tons of gigs in to ruin your hard drives.

2018-12-26 15:23:45 +0000 UTCIt's also easier for me to split the photosets per tier, and keep the selfies/GIFs/clips sticking to the HD sets, than packing everything together and having a tier 25 cramped full, with an empty tier 50 Finding a balance is really hard, I'm also worried about whether or not I'm able to produce constant work for each tier each month because I'm having a real hard time producing so much per month at the moment. That's really the main issue that's going into revamping all of that Maybe another setup idea to lower the amount of work without cutting too much into the amount of content? I tried with this system but above 25$ might indeed be an issue, I just don't like splitting content so much, for people that wanted, let's say, all the Cinnamon content, the cosplay is at 5$ okay that's cool, the side loot for it is at tier 10$, still okay, then lewds HD at 25 and lewd side loot at 50 is too high for most people This is what brings me to the new intermediate tier, but introducing it is tough

2018-12-26 15:22:25 +0000 UTCI see the issue here Surely this system isn't axed towards long term patrons, as the stats show a huge flow of new patrons/deleted pledges that isn't neglectable, most the patrons don't stay for several months in a row The deal here is that I really need to get down a bit in term of work quantities Maybe a tier 25 with both lewd cosplay of the month and tier 35 with picking two additional previous sets would be more balanced? Thing is, with this system, I would do less or more content depending of how productive I am during the month, but if the previous sets aren't so interesting for long term patrons, removing the possibility to pick while also giving less new content, is less nice than giving less new content anyway and giving previous sets The amount of new content would become a variable more than a sure thing, while previous sets are here to back up in case I couldn't produce for this tier Which means we're not working so much per month but people receive rewards according to what's released. And they would still receive sets released during the month even if they unpledged earlier I'm having a hard time explaining but basically my work load must go down and I thought it would be better to give previous sets in case there is no content for one of the tier during one month

2018-12-26 15:11:59 +0000 UTCI have similar feelings as the comments as also a longer term patron. Still couple of questions to clarify things may help me and those above. Q. Would lewd sets in the $35 tier be available as previous rewards for those on the $25 tier? (Effectively after 1st month we could then have 2 new content set, just 1 on time delay to new pledges.) Q. How many total past sets do you get cumulatively? 1 sfw at $5, 2 sfw at $10, 4 see at $15? Just how it reads. I have some possible ideas if your trying to cut work load. Make $15 casual or collab cosplay with access to a past casual or collab cosplay depending on the content that month. For the months without new content the option to pick from either back catalogue. I would also suggest the same for $35 tier. Either a second cosplay lewd or lewd collab with access to a past set of the same kind for that month. Access to past casual lingerie on casual lingerie tier, same for implied nude. Last suggestion swapping implied nude with casual lingerie in respectively. Sorry for long comment and if my written work makes no sense.

2018-12-26 15:05:04 +0000 UTCI agree with what this person has said for the most part I do like the idea of getting an older set but I am more interested in the new content I am also at the $25 tier and although it would not be a problem for me to up my tier I feel like some people might see it as a loss if they want to get both set but couldn’t afford to but I do like the new set up for the most part it is very good I hope my input can be of some help to you and keep up the good work :)

2018-12-25 23:44:17 +0000 UTCHmm, this is a tough one I've been a patron since March I believe so getting older sets as a bonus is less interesting to me than the new content you make. I'm in the $25 tier so in order for me to get both new sets I'd have to up to $35, which isn't a big deal for me, but there might be others whose interest is more towards the newer stuff you make and a free set from an older month may not be as incentive. I'd say maybe a middle tier say $30 gets you the 2 new sets but not an older month as a bonus but at that point the number of tiers will get kinda wack. Idk just an opinion, I'll still be a patron either way lol.
