Revision of plan fees

The price of the NORMAL plan was too low.
I thought it was taking too long to process requests, so I looked at other people's patreoin and studied them.
Then I found that most of the other people's patreon mainly accepted only character requests and fixed situations. And the price is at least $10.
Very few people do character and situation acceptance requests. It is inefficient.
Even those who do are charged at least 20$ for the plan.
In contrast, my patreon accepted two requests for character and situation, and the price was $6.5.
This is a very unusual price. I doubt this plan exists anywhere else but my patreon. At this price, I will not be able to renew my subscription anytime soon...
For these reasons, I have revised the price.
