Little changes for 1$ and 10$ tiers!

The tier 1$ will now have one HD wallpaper for pc and one for phone.
I will remove Snapchat from this tier as it's a bit of a hassle for me.
The Snapchat reward will be put at my tier 10. For those who already added me, it doesn't change anything, it's a lifetime thing, you don't have to upgrade your pledge (:
